Terms of Use for Services and Contract:

  1. Agreement to Terms: By signing a contract, a MOU, purchasing or accessing products and services advertised by AC Language School, you are required to agree to these AC Language School Terms of Service. These terms apply to your use of our services.
  2. Prohibited Actions: You may not, and you represent and agree that you will not:
  1. Remove, conceal, or alter any proprietary rights notices, including copyright and trademark notices, on the Site.
  2. Extract, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access or use the source code of our software, except as permitted by law.
  3. Use the Site for any illegal activities or to encourage such activities, violate any local, state, federal, or international laws, including export control laws.

  14. Use the Site for purposes contrary to its educational intent, such as posting answers to tests.

We do not make any express or implied representations or warranties about the accuracy or content on the Site. Information on the Site should not be relied upon for professional decisions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AC Language School disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Site.
