Course Description:
This online course provides an overview of the construction, management, and inspection processes. It is designed to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the components involved in successful project delivery. Participants will learn about contract administration, scheduling techniques, cost estimation, and tracking techniques, developing specifications and technical documents, legal and regulatory aspects of construction projects as well as surveying fundamentals. Through this course, participants will develop problem-solving skills related to risk assessment and mitigation while gaining insights into safety compliance requirements in different jurisdictions.
